Welcome to Claytons Park, we are a Deed Restricted Community that is being built by Long Lake Ltd. The first house was built in 2006 and the developer hopes to finish building the neighborhood in the Spring of 2021. Our neighborhood is in the unincorporated area of Harris County and represented by the County Judge and Commissioner Precinct 2 at Commissioners Court. The Trail of the Lake MUD https://www.trailofthelakesmud.com/is an elected Board that provides us with water & sewage services, garbage collection, a security contract with Harris County Constables PCT 4, and parks & trails. We all live in the Humble Independent School District and Emergency Services District 46 (Atascocita Fire Department).
The HOA is made up of 5 Homeowners from the neighborhood serving on the Board. Our MUD District, Trail of the Lakes MUD (TODTL) provides security services to the entire MUD District to include Claytons Park, through the Harris County Constable Mark Herman, Precinct No. 4 (“Precinct 4 Constable”). Pool News:
Pool bands may be ordered beginning, April 28, 2025 through August 25, 2025. Only six (6) bands are allowed per household and no additional, due to policy of Atascocita Forest Community Association. No exceptions.
