Streetlights are important to our safety and convenience to see when the sun goes down. When you notice that streetlight is not working, please take a moment to write down or snap a photo of the pole number. To locate the pole number, look about 8 feet above the ground and somewhere around the circumference of the pole will be a vertical set of 6 numbers, write it down or snap a photo. After you have this information simply go to: Street Light Outages (centerpointenergy.com) and type in the numbers from the pole and press enter. Click on the result and then click Report. It is simple to do and Centerpoint is so responsive! The light is fixed in a matter of days!
Attention Residents:
The damaged mailbox on Wooded Bend Path has been replaced. Residents that receive their mail in this parcel, locks were replaced with your current key lock. If you require a lock change, please contact the USPS to assist you with that request and at your cost. You may also notify the USPS to have your mail delivered to your street address moving forward. Dear Claytons Park Residents:
You have more than likely seen or experienced a company in the community digging in the easement area. Well after a little digging of our own, we contacted Tachus and gathered information to share with you.
First and foremost, the Association had no knowledge of any type of construction that would be occurring in the community. We were all surprised at the same time.
For any information on what the digging is about and what to do if they cause any damage to your property, contact Tachus Fiber Internet at 832-791-1100 and press option 2 for customer service. Here is where to ask questions and receive information you are looking for and report any damages to your property. Be sure to track the date of your call(s), the name of the support team member and any information that they offer including the process to have any damages repaired.
Thank you to everyone that had reported this company information so that we could get some needed answers!
Sincerely,
Claytons Park Board of Directors

A quick reminder that it’s time to “fall back” this Sunday, Nov 3rd. At 2:00 a.m., clocks will move back one hour, giving an extra hour of rest or productivity, however you choose to spend it! This is also a great time to do a little seasonal home maintenance:
Whether you’re spending the season enjoying the cooler weather or preparing for holiday festivities, we hope this reminder helps you settle in for fall.
